Sales Support Architect

The Sales Architect will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to our company's products and services. This role involves a strong understanding of technical aspects of our products, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.



  • Internal Sales & Customer Support and Communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and provide technical advice.
    • Work closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and applications.
  • Sales support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to sales proposals.
    • Assist in the preparation of product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Quote and order Management:
    • Prepare and follow up on quotes for customers.
    • Process orders and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Problem-solving:
    • Address customers complaints and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide detailed and accurate reports on customer interactions and identified issues.
  • Market awareness:
    • Keep abreast of new industry trends, technologies, and products.
    • Provide feedback from customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.


  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical sales or project engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of powder handling or pneumatic conveying systems.
  • Strong knowledge of rotary valves and diverter valves.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


  • May require travel to customer sites or attendance at industry events.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development in both technical and sales areas.
