REPORTING
Sales Manager – India Cluster in DMN India Private Limited.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. To achieve budgeted OI, Sales, and Gross Margin in the region for the sales and after-sales functions
b. To ensure collections of payments within a defined credit period.
c. To ensure a thorough understanding of customers' needs & specifications and submit quotes within a defined timeline and precise communication on all techno-commercial points.
d. To constantly monitor market growth and competitors' activities and identify opportunities for business growth. Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and increase market share in a designated territory.
e. Ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction by overseeing after-sales support, spare business, warranty services, and product maintenance. Maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the region.
f. Collaborating with marketing, product, and other departments to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
g. Develop and maintain relationships with HQs, clients, distributors, agents, peers, colleagues, etc.
h. Monitor sales metrics, analyse data, and provide reports on sales performance.
i. Ensure that the Managing Director and Country Sales Manager are kept regularly updated with authentic, unbiased, and transparent communications.
j. Ensuring to operate within company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
a. Degree in Process/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5+ years of Experience relevant Experience. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
b. Should have a very good knowledge of pneumatic conveying products, systems, or solutions.
c. Ability to critically analyse and arrive at root causes for gaps in equipment performance.
d. Experience in creating & implementing sales strategies.
e. Should have Experience of Milk & Dairy, Food & Petfood, Specialty Chemicals, Paints & Pigments, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Power, Renewable Energy, Batteries etc. markets within India and neighbouring countries.
f. Good understating of "Value Selling".
g. Good interpersonal skills at various levels, including overseas stakeholders.
h. Willing to travel a minimum of at least 60% of the time within/outside India.
