As our Global Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping strategic, high-impact relationships with key global customers. This role is about creating and driving a vision for the future, introducing fresh ideas, and delivering innovative solutions that inspire our global customers and enhance the performance of their factories.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead global customer engagements with a forward-thinking approach, identifying and seizing opportunities that others may miss. Be the trusted advisor and visionary leader to our customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple regions.
  • Work closely together with internal teams such as R&D/Engineering, marketing and supply chain to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within key accounts, introducing new products, services, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Use insights and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies in real-time, ensuring our customers’ goals and objectives are met with precision.
  • Collaboration with a diverse, global top team, you will report directly to the Commercial Director

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in global key account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant growth.
  • Deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Experience in the dry bulk industry is a major plus.
  • Strategic thinking: Always two steps ahead, spotting opportunities and creating value for customers before they even ask.
  • A skilled communicator, capable of building lasting relationships with decision-makers across multiple levels and cultures.
  • Global mindset: Culturally aware, adaptable, and thriving in an international setting. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
  • Able to pursue new opportunities while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
