A true powerhouse in wear resistance, the RE Rotor owes its name to the reinforced blade edges. These protect the end covers and prevent wear caused by friction from product getting between the plates.

Of course, no rotor is completely immune to wear. But by distributing the friction evenly across the entire surface of the end covers, our RE Rotor ensures minimal wear and easy maintenance and wear management. The protective end plates and blade edges can be easily repaired, re-machined and coated, or in extreme cases even replaced without having to replace the entire rotor. The RE Rotor is suitable for use with AL and BL rotary valves in pressure conveying systems, when processing highly abrasive powders, fine grains or fragile granulates. Think of heavy industries such as mineral processing, aggregate production and chemicals. The RE Rotor is available in sizes 200, 250 and 300.
