Regional Sales Engineer Western & Central region

We are looking for “Regional Sales Engineer” for our Western & Central region. He/She shall be operating from Vadodara, Gujarat(India) office initially.


At DMN-WESTINGHOUSE India Pvt. Ltd., our sales team is the engine that drives our commercial activities in the region. We are seeking a qualified “Regional Sales Engineer” to help keep our revenue engine running through their own tecno-commercial skills. He/She has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a professional with a sharp mind and strong interpersonal skills.


  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, accomplishing targets
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships


  • Shall be reporting to Sales Manager - India Cluster of DMN-WESTINGHOUSE India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends in respective region
  • To work closely with DMN-WESTINGHOUSE regional/global Sales network accordance to our corporate identity
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop a plan to fulfil them
  • Focussed on month-end and year-end close processes


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical or Process or Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Diploma or bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or business administration will be an added advantage
  • ~ 2-4 years of experience in external sales within a corporate setting
  • ~ 2-4 years of experience in material handling projects for Dairy, Food & Beverages, Specialty Chemicals, Plastics industries
  • Strong customer knowledge for Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
  • Female candidate is preferred
